9.3 Branch Changes

Hello everyone,
this is how the branches setup will change in 9.3 – please note that these branch changes were confirmed as legit so yes, this is how it’s going to be.
Germans will recieve the RU251 on tier 8, that will merge with Leopard Prototype.



Soviet changes are more extensive. MT-25 will no longer be unlocked from tier 6 KV-1S, but from tier 5 T-34 and will lead to tier 7 LTTB, tier 8 T-54 Obl. (light T-54), which will merge with tier 9 T-54. Current KV-1S will be split into tier 5 KV-1S (unlockable from KV-1) and KV-85 (tier 6), that will be researchable from KV-1S.



American branch is pretty straightforward – Chaffe, T37, M41, T49 (which merges into T54E1). What is interesting is that the T49 tier 5 tank destroyer was renamed to T67 (which is historical, or at least more historical).

lol I was shocked when I see t49 at tier 8! I was like.. omg can no longer play that to bully XD
they should have maintained t49 name and put that tier 8 as t67 XD

well apparently the T49* new t8 light tank will have a 152mm derp, crazy..

well we will start our tier 8 when the 9.3 start~

Wait, so is KV-1S now tier 5???

The KV-1S as we know it will be at Tier 5. It's Tier 6 slot will be filled by the KV-85, whatever that is. I doubt the original KV-1S will keep its 122mm gun as that gun at tier 5 would be beyond OP. So whether the new tank gets it or not, we don't know.

If the kv-85 so bad in the next update, then i may sell it and buy me a ARL 44

Looks like the KV-85 will have a nerfed version of the 122mm gun that the KV-1S used to have (worse accuracy, aim time and rate of fire. Penetration and alpha damage stays the same)

well, the 122mm gun on the kv 85 is nerf so hard, that the aiming alone will make you don't want to use that gun, BUT, the second gun, the 100mm gun, is way better then the 122mm, the DPM is so good, and the aiming is normal, so yea, i may use that gun~

Tested the new T49.. not a good tank to play when lagging XD
Need test server on Asia region

lol, well did u try the tier 5 kv 1s? with its 122mm howitzer? the stat is okay, might be fun too~

and i hear that t49 only change the turret~
