Invite Issues

Hey everyone
Today I received an invitation to join the subdivision of this clan, Keep Calm and Have Hope. Having previously been a member of the main clan, I was eager to join up.
However, when I tried to accept the invite, this is what I got:
The invitation expires tomorrow, so unless I get re-invited after this, I won't be able to join, which is very disappointing.
Apologies if I've sent this in the wrong forum, I assumed this would be the most logical place to put this issue.
